New Report Highlights Dangers of Recent Supreme Court Decision on Gitmo Detainees

The Supreme Court today ruled that Guantanamo Bay detainees have the right to appeal their detentions in civilian courts. A new report from the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU) highlights the grave dangers of this decision. The report, written by New York Times bestseller and terrorism expert Richard Miniter, demonstrates that alleged terrorists tried in civilian courts are using a previous Supreme Court decision to claim that their plans to carry out attacks against Americans are protected free speech.
