Emdeon Business Services Processes One Billionth Pharmacy Claim for Department of Defense and the U.S. Military Health System

Emdeon Business Services, a leading provider of revenue cycle management and clinical communication solutions, announced that the company has processed its one billionth pharmacy claim for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) through the Pharmacy Data Transaction Service (PDTS). Emdeon has been providing services to the DoD as a subcontractor to CSC (NYSE:CSC), the DoD's primary contractor, since 1999.
