AC Coin & Slot and TC Millwork File Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against KGM Gaming

AC Coin & Slot & TC Millwork announced that they have filed a lawsuit against KGM Gaming, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The lawsuit alleges that defendant's metal comfort base and wood comfort base, which is being actively marketed and offered for sale to casinos, infringes two (2) of six (6) United States patents for slot bases held by AC Coin & Slot and TC Millwork. The lawsuit further alleges that the infringement has been carried out with full knowledge of AC Coin & Slot and TC Millwork's patents.
