Cipriani and L&L Holding Company Announce Amicable Comprehensive Settlement

Cipriani 200, LLC and L&L Holding Company LLC are pleased to announce that they have amicably settled all lawsuits surrounding Cipriani's lease at 200 Fifth Avenue in New York, New York. Due to the full modernization of the building, including the lobby, both parties have agreed that it is in their best interests to end Cipriani's lease on January 31, 2009 so that L&L can complete its extensive renovations of the interior of the building and reposition the retail space on the lobby level. The settlement allows Cipriani to turn its attention to identifying new projects in New York City in line with Cipriani's portfolio of historical landmark properties.
