ChoicePoint's VitalChek to Administer All Expedited Vital Records Orders for State of Connecticut

VitalChek Network Inc. ( http://www.vitalchek.com/ ), a ChoicePoint(R) (NYSE:CPS) company and America's leading source for government-issued birth certificates and other vital records, has signed a contract with the Connecticut Department of Public Health State Vital Records office to administer expedited requests for birth certificate, death certificate, marriage and civil union records. VitalChek will also handle all expedited applications Connecticut receives by mail.
