GLOBAL MUSIC GROUP a Delaware Corporation as Plaintiff filed a civil lawsuit Friday in Superior Court of the State of California Case no. BC394278 to assert their claim as rightful bidders of the assets of Death Row Records and to prevent the assets from falling under the control of a group controlled by former partners.
