Statement from Construction Companies on 9/11 Congressional Health and Compensation Act-HR 6594

Construction companies involved in the clean-up of the World Trade Center after the 2001 terrorist attack strongly support the re-introduction of H.R. 6594, an improved version of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act that makes significant progress in resolving the issues faced by the construction companies and workers responding to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The legislation is a bipartisan solution that addresses the health and liability issues for the workers and the construction companies that came to the aid of the nation on 9/11.
