Oprinski Selected as CEO for Capital Earnings & Research

Capital Partners Limited, LLP announced that it will appoint H. Richard Oprinski to its new divisional CEO position effective October 01, 2008. Oprinski will also occupy a seat on the Board of Directors. The host company will acquire Capital Earnings & Research to include all intellectual capital, facilities and computer technology.
