CAPS Asks California Attorney General to Take Action Against Sanctuary Cities; Cites California Constitution



August 16th, 2008

Californians for Population Stabilization (CAPS) President, Dr. Diana Hull, in a letter to California Attorney General Jerry Brown on Monday, called for the California Department of Justice to "take action to protect the public safety and ensure that California's laws are enforced."

Quoting the state constitution Hull advised; When "any law of the State is not being adequately enforced in any county, it shall be the duty of the Attorney General to prosecute any violations of law...." (California Constitution, Article V, Section 13.)
