Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced that its Contacts Synchronization Corporation subsidiary has entered into a license agreement with Research in Motion for rights to practice United States Patent No. 7,072,687, which discloses and claims technologies for synchronizing addresses between one device and another over a wireless communication network.
