Auping Responds to Phi-ton Report

Bed manufacturer Phi-ton introduced interlocutory proceedings against Auping to object to its slogan: "No bed ventilates better". The court ruled in favour of Auping on Thursday, 14 August, and rejected all of the claims by Phi-ton. Moisture ventilation has been one of the core values of Auping for more than 120 years. This makes it logical that Auping will continue using the slogan "No bed ventilates better". In fact, the court's decision gives Auping every freedom to do exactly that.
