Forterus, Inc. Completes Its Acquisition of a Better Tomorrow Treatment Center Inc. for $12.85 Million

Forterus acquired Murrieta-based A Better Tomorrow for a purchase price of $12.825 million. The purchase price was 2.85 times the Annual Gross Revenue of the clinic. Annual Gross Revenue is defined as total revenue for the preceding 12 months. The final purchase price may be adjusted if necessary when A Better Tomorrow's audited financials are filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
