Prominent life sciences lawyer Patrick J. Kelly joins Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP today as a partner in the Intellectual Property Department and a member of the life sciences/technology and the biotechnology patent practices, firm Chairman Arthur Makadon announced. John A. Chionchio also joins Ballard today as of counsel in the Intellectual Property Department. Chionchio is a member of the mechanical patent practice. Kelly and Chionchio's colleague, Marc S. Segal, will join the Intellectual Property Department on September 2. Segal will be a member of the intellectual property litigation, biotechnology patent, and pharmaceutical patent practices. ...
