With more than 500 biopharmaceutical enterprises in China producing about 2,000 Chinese biologic drugs, gross production output continues to grow by 20% each year, with revenues reaching $3 bil, according to a new peer-reviewed study by BioPlan Associates, and by the Society for Industrial Microbiology.
