Covina Man Sentenced for Two Glendora Firearms Thefts



September 13th, 2008

Steven Duquette was sentenced to 51 months, 3 years supervised release, $100.00 special assessment, $3,176 restitution to Gunslingers Gun Store, and $4,720 restitution to Buckhorn Gun Store, by U.S. District Court, Central District of California Judge Percy Anderson, for violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 922(u), theft from a federal firearms licensee (FFL).

Special Agent in Charge John A. Torres, of the Los Angeles Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), is pleased with the sentence imposed on Duquette.
