Department of Justice Announces More Than $10 Million in Grants for Prisoner Reentry Strategies to Protect Communities and Reduce Violent Crime



September 13th, 2008

The Department of Justice announced more than $10 million in federal assistance to states to develop, implement, enhance and evaluate reentry strategies that will ensure the safety of the communities and the reduction of serious, violent crime throughout the United States.
