Calypso Wireless, Inc. , a researcher, designer, and marketer of Fixed to Mobile Convergence ("FMC"), announced that it has engaged the services of the law firm of Williams Kherkher Hart Boundas LLP (Williams Kherkher) to represent Calypso in connection with its IP Portfolio. Calypso owns U.S. Patent 6,680,923 ('923 Patent) and the proprietary ASNAP (automatic switching of network access points), which allows a user to switch and connect from either a Cellular Network or a Wireless Local Area Network Access Point (WLAN), seamlessly without the user noticing the change.
