Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC added James M. Becker to its White-Collar Defense and Investigations Practice. He is a shareholder in the firm's Philadelphia office. Becker, who most recently served as co-chair of Saul Ewing's White-Collar and Government Enforcement Group, had been with Saul Ewing for 21 years.
