H.E.A.T. Seeks to Educate and Empower Michigan Drivers During Annual Auto Theft Awareness Week

As part of its ongoing commitment to educate Michigan drivers and keep neighborhoods safe from auto-related crimes, H.E.A.T. (Help Eliminate Auto Thefts) secured a proclamation from Governor Jennifer Granholm declaring the week of October 20, 2008 Turn Up the H.E.A.T. Week. "We applaud Governor Granholm for recognizing the significance of educating Michigan drivers on auto theft prevention," said Terri Miller, director of H.E.A.T.
