Trick or Treat Just in Time for Halloween: U.S. Voter Rolls Contain 'Deadwood'

Aristotle International, the non-partisan pioneer in political technology and creator of WhereIvote.com, announced the results of its annual "deadwood" voter registration compilation. The study, conducted by Aristotle since 2000, compares government lists of persons who have moved or died to the voter registration lists obtained from state or county elections agencies. This year's data indicates 5.9 percent of all registered voters are what elections experts call "Deadwood."
