Charges against Steven Page on Track for Dismissal



November 15th, 2008

HARRINGTON & MAHONEY, the Buffalo, NY law firm representing Steven Page on criminal charges filed in Fayetteville, New York, announced this evening that Fayetteville Village Justice Thomas J. Miller has approved a request made on behalf of Mr. Page, and the two others arrested with him, that the proceedings be adjourned for a period of six months, at which time the charges are expected to be completely dismissed. This ruling was made possible after the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office agreed to reduce the original felony charges, against Mr. Page and codefendant Stephanie Ford, to misdemeanor charges, based on the results of a laboratory analysis.
