Culbert Healthcare Solutions, a fast-growing health information technology and operations professional services firm, announced that Norm Botsford has joined the company as Principal Consultant in the Strategic Services practice. Mr. Botsford recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer at University Physicians Healthcare (UPH), the health system and academic medical practice of the University of Arizona College of Medicine faculty.
