Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY) announced that it has filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The shelf registration statement, when declared effective by the SEC, will allow the company to raise up to $150 million through the sale of securities, which may consist of common stock, preferred stock, depositary shares and/or warrants, in one or more offerings in the future.
