Joe Sellers, one of the nation's pre-eminent civil rights and employment lawyers, has been elected a name partner in the Cohen Milstein law firm, Managing Partner Steven J. Toll announced. The new name of the firm will be Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, PLLC.
