Thomas K. Equels Elected to Hemispherx BioPharma, Inc. Board of Directors

Thomas K. Equels, President and Managing Director of the Equels Law Firm, has been elected to the board of directors for Hemispherx BioPharma, Inc. (AMEX:HEB), a Philadelphia-based biopharmaceutical company engaged in the manufacture and clinical development of new drug entities for the treatment of viral and immune-based disorders. Equels' legal practice is devoted to litigation, with particular emphasis on civil racketeering, business torts and commercial matters.
