Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP announced a class action lawsuit was filed against Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ:CDNS) for alleged securities fraud. The suit claims Cadence's executive leadership failed to provide accurate financial reports to investors and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
