Christopher A. Padilla, former Under Secretary for International Trade of the U.S. Department of Commerce, has joined Crowell & Moring LLP's international trade and investment consulting firm, C&M International (CMI), as a Managing Director. Padilla will advise CMI clients on international business, trade, and investment matters with a particular focus on Asia, Latin America, export controls, foreign direct investment reviews, and market access issues.
