County Durham Deploys Federal Signal System to Enhance Public Safety

Criminals spare no effort to undermine the well-being of communities and citizens. Advanced technology-enhanced systems from Federal Signal counter the threat. The Durham Constabulary, in County Durham, U.K., recently deployed a Federal Signal digital video and analytics system with advanced automated number/license plate reading (ANPR/ALPR) technology to protect its community from cross- border criminals. The Durham Constabulary serves a population of more than 595,000 residents in County Durham in England's north-east region.
