Coldwater Creek Expresses Disappointment in Adverse Verdict and Plans Appeal

Coldwater Creek Inc. (NASDAQ:CWTR) expressed disappointment that a federal jury in San Diego, California found that it had violated the trade dress and copyright rights of Brighton Collectibles, Inc., and expects to overturn the verdict through post-trial motions, and, if necessary, an appeal.
