Irving H. Picard Joins Baker Hostetler

Baker & Hostetler LLP announced that Irving H. Picard has joined the firm in its New York City office. Mr. Picard, a noted expert in bankruptcy and restructuring, currently serves as the Court-appointed trustee under the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) in the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.
