FriendFinder Networks Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of up to $460 million of newly issued common stock. FriendFinder Networks Inc. intends to use the net proceeds of the public offering for debt redemption, working capital and general corporate purposes.
