On January 6th 2009, Judge Joseph Polito will decide whether to grant an Extended Emergency Temporary Restraining Order for a father seeking to protect his two young children ages 2 and 5, who are believed to have been placed in care of a convicted male prostitute and proprietor of an elicit website. The hearing is scheduled for 9:30AM (CST) in Courtroom 306 in the Will County Courthouse.
