National Security Examined by Top Legal Experts

Three programs will analyze national security during the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) Annual Meeting (January 6-10, 2009) in San Diego.

National Security Law Advice to the New Administration is a program sponsored by the AALS Section on National Security Law. The panelists for this program will explore a range of issues that President Obama's new administration will face including reforming the U.S. posture in domestic and international national security law, restoring an emphasis on human and societal security and providing a new set of models for detention and adjudication of suspected terrorists.
