California Healthcare Institute Appoints New Associate Director of Government Relations and New Office Manager

The California Healthcare Institute (CHI) announced the appointment of Ritchard Engelhardt as associate director of government affairs based in Sacramento, Calif. and Holly Frisque as office manager based at CHI’s La Jolla, Calif. headquarters.
