Effective February 1, 2009, the partners of Moldo Davidson Fraioli Seror & Sestanovich LLP (MDFS Law), a Century City-based business law firm, will join Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP (ECJ) of Beverly Hills, according to Randall Leff, a member of the Executive Committee at ECJ, and Peter Davidson, managing partner at MDFS Law. "While other firms are downsizing in this uncertain economy, we are doing just the opposite," says Leff.
