ArvinMeritor Elects Barbara Novak Executive Officer

ArvinMeritor Inc. (NYSE: ARM) announced that the Board of Directors elected Barbara Novak, vice president and secretary, an executive officer of the company, effective Jan. 30, 2009. "Barbara has been an asset to the company since joining us in 2007," said Vernon Baker, II, senior vice president and general counsel for ArvinMeritor.
