ACLJ Hears from More Than 230,000 Americans Opposing Return of Fairness Doctrine; Prepares Litigation Strategy Just in Case

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), focusing on constitutional law, said it is preparing a litigation strategy should the Fairness Doctrine – or a similar regulatory measure – be brought back to muzzle Christian broadcasting.
