Amnesty International Experts Available for Comment and Analysis of International Criminal Court Announcement of Expected Arrest Warrant for Sudanese President, Wednesday, March 4

On Wednesday, March 4, in The Hague, the Pre-Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC) will make public its decision regarding the ICC Prosecutor's request to issue an arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar al Bashir for crimes in Darfur. Amnesty International has been closely following the case and will issue a statement immediately after the announcement. Several of its experts will be available in New York and Washington, beginning at 8 A.M. EST, for comment and analysis for print and broadcast journalists.
