American Red Cross Appoints Respected Reporter and Public Affairs Consultant as New SVP of Communications

The American Red Cross announced that Roger K. Lowe, who has nearly 30 years of experience as a reporter and public affairs consultant, is joining the organization as its Senior Vice President of Communications. Lowe, who begins his duties on March 9th, comes to Red Cross from APCO Worldwide, a global public affairs firm that provides strategic communications counsel to corporate and non-profit organizations.
