Armstrong Appoints William C. Rodruan Interim CFO

Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (NYSE:AWI) announced that William C. Rodruan, 54, will serve as interim chief financial officer starting April 1 when F. Nicholas Grasberger, 45, assumes his new role as executive vice president and chief executive officer of Armstrong Building Products. Grasberger replaces Stephen J. Senkowski who is retiring. A search is underway for Grasberger's successor. With a strong business and financial background, Rodruan has served Armstrong for 33 years in leadership positions throughout the company most recently as vice president, Finance of Armstrong Flooring Products Americas.
