ATF Offers $5,000 Reward in Progress Plastics Arson Fire

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is offering an additional $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the arson fire at Progress Plastic Products, Inc. The total reward for information is now $10,000. The Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, through the Blue Ribbon Arson Committee, previously offered a reward of $5,000. The fire at Progress Plastic Products, Inc., 420 Monroe St., Bellevue, occurred at approximately 3:50 a.m., Nov. 23, 2008.
