CloudBlue Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of environmental solutions for electronic assets, says it has reached an agreement to acquire all working assets of Phoenix-based GreenAssetDisposal (GAD), a leading provider of technology asset lifecycle management services with processing centers in the United States and Canada.
