Senator Grassley Honored as BIO Legislator of the Year

The Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) announced its selection of Senator Chuck Grassley (R - IA) as a Legislator of the Year for 2008-2009. Senator Grassley received the award yesterday as part of BIO’s Legislative Day Fly-In. “Senator Grassley’s achievements on both the Finance and Agriculture Committees have been instrumental for the development of renewable fuels, particularly corn-based ethanol.
