Biamp Systems Confirms Injunction Order Does Not Affect Its Current Products, Services or Technologies

Biamp(R) Systems, global manufacturer of audio and conferencing solutions equipment, has confirmed its current products, services and technologies are unaffected by the permanent injunction order granted to ClearOne(R) Communications on April 9, 2009, which formalized an earlier preliminary ruling. Biamp Systems has been involved in a court case between ClearOne Communications, based in Salt Lake City, and WideBand Solutions, filed in 2007. The case claims WideBand(R) Solutions misappropriated ClearOne's intellectual property. Biamp Systems was named as a co-defendant in the case, based on a license agreement between WideBand Solutions and Biamp Systems. ...
