Advanced Cell Technology Moves towards Relisting on Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board

Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. (Advanced Cell, ACT) (OTC: ACTC) updated the status of its filings for Form 10-Q and 10-K for certain periods during calendar 2008. The Company is in the process of completing its quarterly statements for the periods ended June 30, 2008 and September 30, 2008, and expects to file the 10-Q’s for those periods prior to the end of this month. The Company will then work with its auditors to complete its Form 10-K for the year-ended December 31, 2008.
