Fresh data on diabetes are presented in the report 'A national consensus on outcomes and indicators for diabetes patient education.' In this recent report published in the journal Diabetic Medicine, researchers in Australia conducted a study "To develop a national evidence and consensus position on the desired goals, outcomes and indicators of diabetes patient education (DPE).
