Kaiser Transplant Cases Settled by Attorney Lawrence Eisenberg

Settlements on behalf of patients and their families have been finalized against the Kaiser Kidney Transplant Program in Northern California. “Settlements totaling $1,000,000 have been concluded regarding five kidney transplant patients who were improperly treated at the Kaiser Renal Transplant Center in San Francisco which was closed in 2006,” said Irvine Attorney Lawrence Eisenberg. “The facts of these cases included allegations that kidney transplants were substantially delayed or did not occur as a result of Kaiser’s failure to provide proper oversight, failure to properly transfer patients into the program and failure to provide access to physician specialists,” stated...
