Brookdale Care Home Manager Youngest Ever to Receive Coveted Accolade

Specialist provider of residential support services for people living with Autism and other Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) Brookdale Care has announced that the 23-year-old Manager of its Eynesbury House care home, Andrew Fairman, has become the youngest ever person to achieve the NVQ Level 4 Leadership and Management for Care Services Award. The NVQ Level 4 Award, formerly known as the Registered Managers Award, is designed to provide Home Managers with the vital skills and knowledge required to run a home and care for people with complex needs.
