Notice is hereby given that Abbey Spanier Rodd & Abrams, LLP has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of a class consisting of all persons or entities who purchased the securities of Sequenom Incorporated ("Sequenom" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:SQNM), between June 4, 2008 and April 29, 2009, inclusive (the "Class Period").
