DuPont Alleges Anti-Competitive Conduct by Monsanto

Monsanto is trying to deny farmers access to alternative technologies at a time when farmers are struggling with weeds that are increasingly resistant to current Monsanto products, said James C. Borel, DuPont (NYSE:DD) group vice president. "The litigation filed today by Monsanto is more of what we have come to expect from them," said Borel, in response to the filing of a lawsuit by Monsanto in federal court in St. Louis, Mo.
